Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school located in Prairieville, LA, is seeking a licensed School Psychologist for a contract position through the current school year. This role supports students within the East Baton Rouge Parish School District, with assignment details and caseload to be determined. The position offers flexibility with on-site presence preferred but open to a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention plans
• Provide consultation and support to school staff on behavioral and learning challenges
• Assist in crisis intervention and develop strategies to enhance student well-being
• Maintain detailed records and comply with district and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Educator Certification with licensure for school psychology
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload effectively and prioritize student needs
• Commitment to student confidentiality and ethical practice

Location and Schedule:

• Prairieville, Louisiana
• Contract through the school year ending May 29, 2026
• Hours per week to be determined
• On-site required with flexibility for hybrid work

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience:
  • Entry-level (0-2 years): $4649/hour
  • Mid-level (3-5 years): $4952/hour
  • Experienced (6-9 years): $5255/hour
  • Senior (10+ years): $5558/hour
